Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Pricing and Minimum Orders

  • We are a trade only company therefore only registered Australian Businesses with an ABN or ACN may apply for a wholesale account.
    • Our minimum order quantity is $500
  • Items in packs/ inner boxes may only be sold as pack/inners we cannot split or sell individual.

Shipping

  • Quotes on freight is determined after the order has been packed, weighed and measured – cost of the freight will be shown at the bottom of the invoice / quote.
  • All orders received are shipped as promptly as possible, from the time of placing your order the normal delivery time is 7 – 14 days.
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • Extra charges on freight incur on fragile items / any orders being send to residential addresses.
  • If shipping fragile items such as mirrors that are to be shipped to the retail shops customer ( dropshipping ) JOVIC TRADING PTY LTD does not take any responsibility if the item is broken/damaged in freight.

Payment

  • All new accounts with JOVIC TRADING PTY LTD must be on a C.O.D basis unless agreed otherwise by staff.

Back Orders

  • In the event that a certain product is out of stock you will be notified by email or phone call. You may choose the substitute the item or have the option to place it on backorder if the stock is currently on a container order.
  • If you wish to cancel a Back Order please notify us immediately.

Return Policy

  • All products are directly imported by JOVIC TRADING PTY LTD are inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment.
  • All exchanges, refunds & returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • If you wish to return a product for a refund we will gladly offer you a credit note to the full value of the product (excluding shipping fees).
  • If your product arrives damaged and you would like a credit issued please send photographic proof to JOVIC TRADING PTY LTD for our inspection.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or care is not returnable.
  • JOVIC TRADING PTY LTD will not be held responsible for refunds on items which are undeliverable, or for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information which was given at the time of ordering.

Payment Terms & GST

  • We accept payments by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / Bankcard), payment by cheque, money order or by direct bank transfer (EFT)
  • All prices listed on this website are inclusive of 10% GST.
